Cut the potatoes as puree and boil them in salted water. When they are cooked, we pass them, then let them cool.
Cut the plums in half, remove the seeds, sprinkle two tablespoons of sugar over them and leave them until the potatoes cool.
After the potatoes have cooled, we add eggs, salt powder, flour little by little and knead so that we get a suitable dough, not very hard.
In a saucepan, boil water with a pinch of salt.
Sprinkle flour on a plate, take a piece of dough, roll it in flour, flatten it and put a piece of plum in the middle, round it and put it in boiling water.
Let it boil until the dumplings rise to the surface. We do the same until the ingredients are exhausted.
When they have risen to the surface, take out the dumplings with a spatula, put them on a plate, then pass them through the breadcrumbs mixed with 2 tablespoons of caster sugar.
Serve hot, and whoever wants can add more sugar!
Enjoy your meal!
