Sheets: Make 3 countertop sheets dividing the quantities by 3, as follows: beat 3 egg whites with a pinch of salt. Add 3 lg of sugar in a row, mixing well after each one and at the end add 60 g of ground walnuts mixed with 1.5 lg of flour. Homogenize the mixture with light movements and place in a round tray lined with baking paper. Bake for about 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees. Do the same with the rest of the ingredients. Leave to cool.

Cream 1: In a double-bottomed saucepan, mix the yolks with the sugar and flour, then pour the milk a little, stirring with a whisk so as not to make lumps. Put on low heat and stir continuously until you get a cream as thick as pudding. Remove from the heat and put the butter, mix well. Let it cool and then add the vanilla essence.

Cream 2: Melt the sugar and then pour it on a baking sheet greased with a little oil. Let cool. Whipped cream. Peanuts are ground higher in the robot. We also grind the caramel sugar on the robot. Mix the peanuts and chopped caramel with the whipped cream.

Cake assembly: Take a sheet and place it on a plate. Grease with a third of the cream 1 and put a third of the whipped cream with caramel on top. Do the same with the rest. Grease the cake on the edges with plain whipped cream, powder with ground walnuts, put whipped cream on top and almond flakes. It can be decorated according to everyone's imagination.
