My dears, I have tried many cheese ball recipes over time, but none were fully to my taste.
I finally found the balls I would eat any day of the day and night :)
- 300 gr. cheese;
- 1 or;
- 2 tablespoons grated flour;
- 1 knife tip with baking powder
- frying oil
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Cheeseballs:
Grate the cheese (as soon as I took it out of the fridge) on the grater with small holes. Mix with the rest of the ingredients until you get a kind of dough that is not very compact.
With our hands, we shape balls the size of a walnut that we place on a tray.
When we have finished shaping the balls, we put them one by one in the hot oil bath and we are careful not to have too many so that they do not stick together.
We take them out on an absorbent napkin when they turn golden.
From the mentioned quantities we obtain approximately 25 pieces.
